Everyone is invited to our annual Labour Day Weekend Sangha Work Day and Potluck Picnic at Blue Mountain Zendo between Maple Ridge and Mission. Mountain Rain teachers, Kate and Michael, will be very grateful for your help with house, yard and garden. The day will include zazen to beginning and end, morning and afternoon periods of mindful work, and tea and snack breaks, of course.
We’ll have a potluck picnic at noon. Please bring a vegetarian dish for the picnic.
 
Families welcome! Volunteer child-minding will be provided.
