ZED (Zen Engaged Dharma) talks are short talks by sangha members about how they take their practice into the world, through work, art, activism, service, family life, etc. and how their practice supports them in doing so.

Seishin Harkamal Sangha and Angela Kayira will explore *hope is a discipline in the context of their work, on the downtown eastside of Vancouver, as it intersects with the overdose crisis, surplus suffering, and Buddhist practice. Harkamal is a registered clinical counsellor and Angela is a registered social worker.
