Each one-hour session we’ll explore a mindfully-paced sequence with movements designed to be accessible for a range of experience and mobility levels. There will be a mix of floor-based, standing postures and chair options.
We’ll utilize our usual sitting gear (zabuton/zafu) OR common items you already have at home (blankets, pillows, towels)

“Through my Soto Zen and accessible yoga practice I have come to appreciate the deep relationship of how our bodies inform our state of mind and way of being. After years of navigating the challenges of body image, size, and fat-ism, the benefits of these two practices have been for me, healing and truly transformative.”
