Rev. Gyokei Yokoyama will give a talk at Wall St., streamed to Bright Stream, as part of our regular practice schedule. He often joins Mountain Rain’s morning online zazen sessions, and has a special connection to Canada.

Rev. Gyokei currently serves as Kokusai Fukyoshi (International Missionary) of Sozenji Buddhist Temple, Montebello, California., which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. He also serves on the board of the Soto Zen Buddhist Associattion and the Association of Soto Zen Buddhists, “to celebrate the diverse Soto Zen Buddhist communities in Japan and North America as we attempt to forge a close international and intercultural ties with the North American Zen centers in the coming century.”
