The wisdom found in the Pali canon has been followed by countless practitioners for over 2600 years and has much to offer us today. These early Buddhist teachings describe in detail our human condition and offer a road map to free us from the suffering caused by our greed, aversion and ignorance. In this series of classes we’ll explore this rich tradition from a Zen perspective and consider how it can inform our practice both on and off the cushion.
Two zazen periods, followed by class, including teacher’s talk, small and large group discussion.
