Experiencing and dealing with pain in the back, hips, knees, neck, and shoulders during seated postures is exhausting, painful and ultimately takes you away from your practice. In this workshop we will explore gentle body movement, optimizing alignment to create more space and ease in the body. Attending to the body with kindness, we will learn to release patterns of holding through mindful breathing and posture practices.
Benefits from this workshop may include:
Decreased pain and tension
Increased vitality and ease
Happier joints
Stronger core
Increased sense of grounding and centeredness
